I want my password changed

If you know your current password and you’re looking to change it periodically, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account online at www.tdbank.com . In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change Password.”
If you remember your online banking user name and have a Social Security number and have forgotten your password, you do have the option to reset your Password via online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you do not remember your user name, don't have Social Security number or you’ve forgotten your TD Bank BusinessDirect password, please give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Banking Specialists. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you resetting your online banking password in no time. If you are referring to your password on tdcardservices.com, you can contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
Additionally, if you're looking to change the verification password on your account (password placed on your TD Bank account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone) and do not recall the current one, you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours. If you do remember the current verification password and would like to update it, you may contact our 24/7 customer service department at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank store.

To update this information, if you know your current password and you're logging in to your TD Bank Online Banking account, you'll be able to reset this after you sign in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once you have done so, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. You're looking for the second link; please click on Change Password to complete an update.
If you're unsure of your password, don't worry; we still have plenty of options for you. If you remember your User Name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start at the link provided above. Then, please click the Forgot your Password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
If you're inquiring about this change as your account has become locked or you don't have some of the information required to reset this yourself, a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you.
