I want to change my username now. Is that possible to do or must I wait until Nov 11th?

Hi Christine! Thanks for stopping by TD Helps.
You can certainly update your username now. In fact, we recommend it so that you're all set when the online update occurs! Its quick and easy to do through your online banking and we'd be happy to provide you with instructions.
To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and then select the 'Customer Service' tab. In the first group under the 'Self Service' tab, you'll see hyperlinks for your username and password. Just select 'Username' and you'll be taken to a screen where you'll need to enter your new username twice. Once you've entered everything in, just click 'Submit' and you'll be all set!
