Thank you for contacting us with your question, Mary Lou. We are beyond happy to help!
We understand it can be frustrating when you're unable to log-in to your Online Banking. Our dedicated Digital Specialist can help with changing your security questions once you're verified and their direct line is 800-493-7562. They are available 24/7 and happy to help. If you prefer, you can also visit us at any TD Bank Store. For lobby hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
A few tips to consider that may help you in the future with remembering your security questions and answers include: Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question. Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like "Rd." instead of "Road". Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. This means you only have to remember the answer, not whether or not you capitalized any of the words in your answer.
Once you're logged in, if you'd like to update the answers to any of your security questions please click on the "Customer Service" tab then select the "Change Security Questions/Answers" under the Self Service section.
