How do I change my 3 security questions ?

If you are not able to log into your Online Banking profile, a member of our Digital Banking team can assist with changing your security questions and logging you into your account. You can reach a Specialist by calling 800-493-7562, 24/7. If you would prefer, you can also visit a local TD Bank Store. For lobby hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are able to log onto your TD Bank Online Banking, you can view and change your security questions and answers by selecting the "Customer Service" tab. Once you’re there, under "Self Service" please click on the "Change Security Question/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
