When looking to update your personal information, such as your address and phone number, you have a couple different options to choose from, and we'll gladly provide you with all these options so that you may choose the one that is most convenient for you.
First, you're welcome to update this information on your own by simply logging into your Personal Online Banking. If you'd like, you're welcome to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to do so. If you haven't yet enrolled in TD Bank's Online Banking, that's okay, as you're welcome to start the enrollment process by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number.
Once you have successfully logged into your online banking, you'll first want to click on the tab that reads 'Customer Service', which you can find towards the top, right hand side of your screen. Once there, under the 'Update Profile and Preferences' section, you'll want to locate the hyperlink that reads 'Contact Info'. After clicking on this link, you'll be brought to a new screen where you can update your personal information.
You'll first want to select the accounts you would like for this change to be reflected on, and then once completed, you may proceed with updating your address, phone number, or email address. In the event that you only need to update your address and phone number, for example, you may leave the section that does not need to be updated either blank, or with the information already entered.
