My Association has a new Chair and Treasurer. What do we need to do to change the names on the account?

Hi Dennis! Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question.
In order to update the signers on your business account, you will need to visit a local TD Bank Store. All signers that will remain on the account and the new signers should be present with Photo ID to make these changes. The new signer should also be prepared to provide their date of birth and Social Security Number.
Depending on your account type and business, they may be other required documents. We recommend reaching out to the Store you intend to visit prior to coming in to confirm that you have all the necessary documentation to update the signers on your account.
