You have the option of ordering checks and changing the way your name appears on your checks by phone, online or visiting a TD Bank Store. You may reach us by telephone 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by going into a TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of our TD Store locations and hours. If you'd like to place the order online, you may do so by following these steps:
To order checks via Online Banking for a personal account, please follow the steps below:
• Log into Online Banking by clicking on: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
• Click on the ''Customer Service tab''
• Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks.''
Please note, in order to make changes to your name, you must choose a new order as a re-order will not allow you to make any changes.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).

Please note: After your order is placed, checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address. Please understand prices do vary and you will be provided at the time you place your order. Once your order is complete, charges will automatically be debited from your TD Bank account and your order will be shipped to the address on your account.
If your referring to a legal name change you may change your name and have your new name appear on your account, we do require you to visit one of our TD Stores. You will need to bring a copy of your marriage certificate stating your name change and a valid photo ID (ex: Driver's license, Passport, State issued photo ID, etc.). The name change will take approximately 3-5 business days to be completed. After the change has been completed you will be able to request new checks with your new updated name.
