Good afternoon, Jim and thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps. There are quite a few options you have to check your account balances, and we'd be happy to go over them with you.
If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balances online. You may also view any transactions as well. After you log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view. Your balance will be immediately available there. If you want to view your transactions, then select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. You also have the option to view your previous statements online by clicking on Statements tab.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
If you have a Business account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, we can also help with that! Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You can also access up-to-the-minute account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling our automated banking system (IVR) at 800-937-2000, contacting our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or, feel free to visit one of our convenient locations near you.
We hope we found some convenient options for you, Jim! Let us know how else we can help out, and have a great afternoon.
