I opened an account last June when I worked in Alberta for 3 months, I was told my account would be automatically closed in September, but I did not receive any confirmation of this. I emailed the contact I had in the bank with no reply. As I am now based in Liverpool in the UK it is kind of hard to get in contact other than by over the internet. I did not register for online banking while I was in Canada as I was working at a Scout camp and didn't really have the internet while I was there. Could you help me please.
