Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Fortunatha.
If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your balance online. You may also view the transactions as well. After you are logged onto your account, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view. Then, select from the following drop down options “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance.
If you have a Business account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, you may follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. If you do not have all of the required information, you may sign up for this service by visiting your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Also, you may obtain your account transactions and balance by dialing our 24/7 Automated Telephone Banking System at 1-800-937-2000, contacting our Customer Service Representatives 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit one of our convenient locations near you.

Feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and you'll have the choice of using our automated system or you can speak with a live Banking Specialist. You may visit any TD Bank during lobby hours or use any TD Bank ATM as well. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Additionally, if your account(s) are enrolled in online banking, you may check your balance by logging into your account either through our full web site at www.tdbank.com or through our mobile app. Our previous response from Megan goes more into detail if you should need additional information.

There are a variety of ways you're able to check your account balance.
The easiest way to do so is by using Online or Mobile Banking. You can sign up for Online Banking by visiting here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/debit card, Social Security Number and email address. Once you're enrolled, feel free to use the app to check your balance as well as our full site.
If you have any trouble signing up for online access or you'd like to check your balance over the phone, feel free to call us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from any landline telephone.
Our TD ATMs and Stores are also able to assist with your balance. When you're back in the U.S., you're able to take a look at these locations to check your balance here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
