Good of you to stop by TD Helps, Douglas! We'll be glad to go over the many ways that you can check your account balance.
One of the easiest and quickest ways that you can check your balance is by calling our automated system 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You'll have the option to receive your balance and your latest transactions as well. You'll also have the opportunity to speak with one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialists if you have additional questions about your account or if you'd just like to have our Specialists provide your account balance for you.
If you're enrolled in online banking, you can check your account balance 24/7 through your online banking profile through your computer or on your smartphone via our mobile app. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above.
Once you're enrolled for online banking, you can then download our mobile app to your Android or iPhone. Click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt to download the mobile app. Feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF to view our FAQs if you should have any questions or contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
If you happen to be by a TD Bank Store during lobby hours, you can check your balance with a Teller or at the ATM. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this answers your question, Douglas and feel free to come by any time you have a question. Take care and have a good one!
