We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble using the automated system, Evelyn. We'd be glad to help.
You are able to access our automated system 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. The first time you call the automated system, it will prompt you to enter either your account number or your TD Bank VISA Debit Card number. After that, it will ask you to confirm the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. After entering your SSN, you will then be asked to create a unique 4 digit Phone Code to use for future access in the IVR system.
Some tips to remember when creating your Phone Code:
- Create something unique that will be hard for others to guess
- Choose numbers that you can remember, but do not easily relate back to you (i.e. birthdates, addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
- You should not continue to use the last 4 digits of your SSN
- We recommend *not* using the same code as your Debit Card PIN Number to prevent unauthorized access
You may find it helpful to review our Bank-by-Phone guide located here: http://bit.ly/1HuHfKI.
If you have any trouble accessing the automated system, you are able to select "0" at any time to be connected to a Banking Specialist who will be able to reset your IVR settings.
We hope this helps, Evelyn and have a good day.
