Hi Irwin, it's nice of you to join us this morning. We'd be happy to discuss with you have you can check your savings account.
Please understand, although we'd like to be able to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. You can check your account by calling our automated banking system (IVR) or by contacting us 24/7 both at 888-751-9000, or feel free to visit one of our convenient locations near you. At our Stores, you can check your balance at any of our ATMs with no charge, or stop inside to check with one of our Representatives. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours, or ATMs, nearest you.
Another way you can check your account is via Online Banking. If you're currently enrolled in Online Banking, you may view your TD Bank account online. After you log into your account (http://bit.ly/1eaISlq), you'll want to click onto the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you'd like to view. That is where you'll be able to see the balance.
If you're not currently enrolled in Online Banking and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Visa debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call us 24/7 at the number listed above.
We also offer Mobile Banking services. The TD Bank Mobile App is available for most iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices so you can manage your banking needs anytime, anywhere with the quick, easy and secure Mobile App. After you are enrolled for Online Banking, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The username and password that the Mobile App will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for you Online Banking Profile on our website.
Hope this helps and please enjoy your day, Irwin.
