We'd hate to see you go, Sanford however we understand that banking needs change.
First and foremost, we would like to let you know that we are committed to you as a customer. If you would like to discuss any experiences you may have had, feel free to visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours or call our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you do decide to close your account, there are a few ways you're able to do so. First, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours to finalize your account. Please use the link above to find a TD Store near you.
You are also able to contact us by phone to speak to a Banking Specialist or by secure message via Online Banking to close your account if your account balance is $0.00. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you do send a secure message, be sure to include the account number.
Please know that at this time, you are unable to use the automated system to finalize your account. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
We hope these options help, Sanford and have a good day.
