Welcome to TD Helps, Barbara. We will be glad to go over options on how to check up on your account.
If your account has been overdrawn for a period of time, there is a chance that it could be closed. To check the status and pay off the overdrawn balance please contact our Recovery Department during normal business hours at 800-742-2651 to make payment arrangements.
We hope that you'll continue to bank with TD and we'd like to take this opportunity to provide you with details on the accounts that we offer. Please visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd for more details or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a Checking account that is the best fit your banking needs.
