My account was from an HSA plan 2 jobs ago and I continue to receive zero balance statements. I had called about a year ago to close the account but no luck.

Welcome to TD Helps, Melinda. We're sorry you've experienced trouble closing your HSA account. To ensure the account is closed properly we suggest either contacting our dedicated IRA Department, available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm at (800) 597-4437 (Option 3), or visiting a TD Store for additional assistance. If you choose to stop by a TD location, the Representative will contact the IRA Department to make sure the account has been closed. For a listing of TD locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you have any additional questions, please let us know. Take care!
