Welcome to TD Helps, Seyedsina.
In order to use the mobile app, you will first need to be enrolled for Online Banking from a computer or the full site on your iPad. To do so click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to get started.
During the enrollment process you will create both a user name as well as a password. Once this has been completed you will then be able to use the mobile app to log in with this information.
