Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Diana! We'll be happy to provide the assistance that you need.
In order to receive paper statements, you would need to update your settings via online banking.
To choose to receive paper statements, please follow these steps below:
- Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the "Paper Statements" for each account(s) in which you'd like to receive paper statements again.
-You may then click onto "Save Changes"
You will then receive a confirmation stating, "You have successfully updated your online statements settings." Please keep in mind, choosing paper statements may result in a monthly paper statement fee and the check image service may also be discontinued unless you have contacted us to request them to be on your statements.
