When changing ID by telephone a few weeks ago, my new ID was incorrectly entered. I wish to correct the error. Please advise.

To change your user name for your personal accounts, please log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Next, click on the Customer Service tab and then select Change User Name. If you are referring to BusinessDirect, please log into your account under BusinessDirect here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and follow the steps listed above.
