I purchased the Adobe Acrobat PDF application on 8/31/15 and posted to my account on 9/2/2015. I called them the next day because they charged me another $23.88 (instead of giving me a credit). I am within the cancellation period so I should receive a full refund.
You will see in my checking account that the 1st $23.88 was credited but the 2nd is still posted in my account. When I called them they said the ticket was resolved and didn't want to hear my explanation.
Can you help me get the 2nd charge of $23.88 credited back to my account ?
