There is a charge for $79 on my account which I would like to disputeThe package that was received at my address I could not use so I sent the package back and I call The merchant Explaining that I could not use because of health problems. This product was sent back on August 27th 2015
P.s They gave me a package return number And told me to put it on top of the box Which I did

We'd like to reassure you that in the event of any trouble with a merchant, we're here to assist you.
First, since you wrote in that you originally had business with the merchant, to dispute any charge they made to your account, you'll want to give them a call to determine if they'll refund you. It's necessary to check with the merchant for the possibility of a resolution before filing a claim with TD Bank.
Once you attempt to resolve this with them, or since it sounds like you may have already done so, if they are unable or unwilling to provide a refund you can then dispute the item with us. If the charge was made via your TD Visa Debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim. Or, if the charge was made with your TD Visa Credit card, you're welcome to call 888-561-8861 for assistance.
