Good questions, Betty! It would be our pleasure to answer any questions you may have about deposits and FDIC Insurance Coverage.
In order to use TD Mobile Banking App, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking to do so. If you are not currently enrolled, you may do so at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process. The first step after the link mentioned is to choose "Personal" from the drop down box. You will then be asked to fill out your personal information and finally create security questions. Once you’ve successfully enrolled, you can then download the TD Bank Mobile App which makes it even easier to manage your accounts and check your balance on the go; you can do so by following this link: http://bit.ly/USApps. For more benefits of Online Banking visit http://bit.ly/1m3d6Zl.
To access your account and make deposit by using our Mobile App, you should use the same User Name and Password that you're using on our full website for your TD Bank Online Banking account.
Please keep in mind that there is a daily limit and a 30-day limit to the amount you can deposit using the Mobile Deposit feature. Mobile Deposit limits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. The Mobile App will notify you if your deposit exceeds your limit. You will be able to make your deposit at a TD Bank location or ATM. As you mentioned that you'll be depositing a check in a large amount, we highly recommend depositing this check with a bank teller directly. Please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Please also take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF and http://bit.ly/1t2rx4L for more information such as Mobile Deposit limits along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit.
Last but not least that you'll be happy to know that all TD deposit accounts are insured by the FDIC! For more specific information in regards to details and limits please visit here: http://bit.ly/1cpoihv.
Additionally, if you have further questions about our Mobile Deposit feature or any other concerns about FDIC Insurance Coverage, our Specialists are standing by 24/7 for your convenience. They can be reached at 800-493-7562. After account verification, they would be more than happy to help!
We hope this helps and have a great day, Betty! Take care.
