Thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Nancy. We'd be happy to help.
Depending on the specific details of your personal and business account profiles, we may be able to link your accounts for online viewing over the phone.
If you're currently using Personal Online Banking to access your account (if you'd like to check, the login can be found here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq) and you'd like to add your business account for viewing, we'll be able to complete this via phone if you're the only signer listed on your business account. You're welcome to contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to complete this.
If you're accessing Personal Online Banking and your business account has other signers, we must receive a signed, written authorization from each authorized signer on the business account. You may bring this information to your nearest TD Bank or fax this authorization to 856-533-7647.
Please provide the following information in your fax:
- Account number
- A brief statement requesting business account to be accessed under your personal User Name and Password
- The printed names and signatures of all authorized signers on the account
Once the fax is received and signatures are verified, we will process your request within 24 business hours.
On the other hand, if you're currently viewing your business account via TD Bank BusinessDirect (found here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8) and you'd like to view your personal account there as well, you will need to visit your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours to submit this request in person. To find TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once your online banking has updated to view both your Personal and Business accounts online together, you may then transfer funds between the two accounts.
Additionally, if you are the only signer on your business account, you may call us at the number provided above, available 24/7, to transfer funds between your accounts. After account verification, our specialists would be more than happy to help!
We hope this helps and please have a great day!
