Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, L!
We see that you're writing in to us from Surrey. Please know you've reached us here in the United States. If this is in regard to transferring funds to a TD Canada Trust account, we recommend posing your question to TD Helps in Canada, by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. You can also contact them directly by calling their 24/7 Customer Service line at 866-222-3456.
If this in regard to a U.S. TD Bank account, we want to let you know that most TD Bank accounts are able to accept incoming transfers. If you'd like to set up your rent payments as transfers to your landlord's account with us, we recommend first reaching out to your landlord to ensure that their account type will be accepting of this. We then recommend contacting your financial institution for instructions on how to set up this service.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores.
We wish you all the best. Have a great day, L!
