Welcome to TD Helps, Anthony! You came to the right place to find information about Direct Deposits.
Depending on your employer you may use either the Direct Deposit Authorization Form, which can be found here: http://bit.ly/1hLQ1cP, or you may use a blank voided check to set up your direct deposit.
You may also stop by a TD Store, during lobby hours, for assistance in obtaining the Direct Deposit Authorization Form. For a list of Store locations and hours, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you expect to receive a deposit, please keep in mind that funds sent as a direct deposit (ACH transfer) will become available on the business date supplied by your depositor. Additionally, funds sent using this method are usually available 2-3 business days after it was sent. This can vary and we would recommend that you check with your employer to determine the date of deposit they provided and any other relevant information they may have.
For any questions you may have and to check your account for the deposit, feel free to give us a call 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or you can stop in at any of our convenient Store locations.
We hope this helps, Anthony and have a good evening.
