HI Wendy, thanks for joining the TD Helps community! We're happy to provide you with more information on finding your loan balance. The easiest and quickest way to get more information on your current loan balance or obtain a payoff is to contact one of our dedicated Financial Solutions Group Specialists 24/7 at 800-937-5020. You're also welcome to stop by any of our convenient Store locations during lobby hours for assistance. To find a Store near you, please check out http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you'd like, you may also view your loan balance via TD Bank Online Banking. If you already have Online Banking, you may request to add your TD Bank loan to be viewed alongside your other accounts. If you're not already enrolled with Online Banking and have an ATM/Debit Card and your Social Security number, you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. If you only have this loan with us or do not have an ATM/Visa debit card, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance with enrollment. This will allow you to view your loan balance and payment information at your convenience. Once you are using our Online Banking service, you also have the option to send a Secure Message with any loan inquiry you may have. After logging in, you can visit the Customer Service tab, and then choose the Send a Message link and we will be happy to respond. Please know that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we aren't able to access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecure forum. Hope this helps and take care!
