I simply want paper statements again

We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance, and we'll be more than happy to help you enroll in paper statements!
Changing your statement preferences is simple, and to get started, you'll first want to log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do by clicking here: https://go.td.com/SMUhhl.
Once you're fully logged in, next you'll want to click on the 'Customer Service' tab, which you can find towards the top, right hand side of your screen. Then, under the 'Update Profile and Preferences' section, you should see a hyperlink that reads 'Online Statement Settings.' By clicking on this link, you'll have access to choose which of your accounts you would like to enroll in paper statements, and after you've done so, simply review the two documents that you can find towards the bottom of your page, and select 'Save Changes'.
Once this change has been successfully processed, it's important to note that it may take one statement cycle to take effect. Additionally, by having paper statements mailed to your address, please also know that a fee may be assessed to your account.
