Thank you for reaching out to TD Helps, Lesli! We'll be glad to tell you how you can set up an automatic payment to pay your car payment.
In order to set up an automatic payment, you would need to be enrolled for online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you're enrolled, you may set up the automatic payment through our free Bill Pay service. You can schedule automatic and one time bill payments at any time of the day. Click here: http://bit.ly/1nAVkiK for more information on Bill Pay.
To schedule an automatic payment, sign into your account, click on the Bill Pay tab and select Add a Payee. Select the company logo in the category for your car payment, enter the bill information and choose how much you'd like to pay and when. If you should have any questions regarding Bill Pay, please reach out to our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or you can visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
You also have the option of contacting the biller to set up the automatic payment through them.
We hope this helps and let us know if you have any additional questions, Lesli. Have a great one!
