bank info setup, but apparently it won't allow me to transfer from my amerivest managed account without setting up the the bank info, but i don't know the Bank city, Bank state, and ABA number Isn't there a simpler way to do this?

Alternatively, you may login to your account on the TD Ameritrade website and request to retrieve funds from TD Bank via ACH. You can also utilize our Bill Pay feature and set up TD Ameritrade as a payee as well. If you have any questions regarding these methods, please contact TD Ameritrade 24/7 at 800-400-3603.
