Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. To determine the status of this bill pay check, please first log onto your online account and then follow the steps below:
1. Click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of your page.
2. Click on the name of the appropriate Deposit Account.
3. Review your account history or your recent statement.
If the check has been presented for payment, you can view an image of the front and back of your bill pay check by clicking ""View Check Image"" from your account history. Your bill payment issued by check will not be available in your account history or statement until it has been presented for payment by your payee.
If you would like to confirm this information, please feel free to call 800-493-7562, 24/7 to speak with one of our Tech Support Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account and your bill payment with you. As you are enrolled for online banking, you may also send a secure message via online to inquiry about the status of this bill pay check.
