Thank you for taking the time to write into TD Helps, Pasquale! We'll be able to provide some useful information for you this evening.
There are many ways that you can check your account balance. The first way to check your balance is through online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you are enrolled, you can check your balance any time you wish.
You can also check your balance through our mobile app. You can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking. Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time.
Another option would be using our 24/7 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System at 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000). The IVR will also ask for a PIN, and if this is your first time accessing the IVR, the PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Please note, you will be required to change this PIN from the last four numbers of your SSN to a unique 4 digit number of your choice. Once you verify your account thru the IVR system, you will be able to retrieve your available account balance.
You may go directly to one of our TD Bank ATM's or locations. When checking your balance through an ATM, all you have to do is insert your Debit Card, then provide your 4-digit PIN, and then press the "Balance inquiry" option. You can also use Non-TD ATMs to check your balance, for information on fees for Non-TD ATMs, check out http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Also note that ATMs do not register all transactions that may be pending against the account (ex: gas, credit card payments, and other checks or bills). For the TD Bank location option, a Teller at the drive-up window or one in the lobby behind the counter can assist you. You will need to provide a valid form of identification to obtain account information and make withdraws from the desired account.
Although we'd like to be able to assist you directly, we are unable to do so because this is a public forum. We'd advise you to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at the telephone number listed above or visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any additional questions. Pasquale!
