Good afternoon, Sandra and welcome to TD Helps with your question. We're happy to help!
You have multiple options to obtain your account number. We'd be glad to go over these options with you.
First, your account number can be found on your Bank Statement which is located at the right top corner of the page. If you have any checks with you, the account number would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K. Please be informed that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via email or by phone.
If you are enrolled for our Online Banking, another way to view the account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please review the following information. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature online to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll.
You can contact us directly at 800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Specialists. After account verification, we would be happy to help! If you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find out TD Store locations near you.
We hope you find our answer helpful and please don't hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
