Welcome to the TD Helps community!
Thanks for getting in touch with your question and we hope you're doing well.
We have several options for you to locate your routing and account numbers. First, if you have a checking account with TD Bank and have some checks, your account number is located on the bottom of your check, to the right of the routing number. Please see http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K for an example. In addition, if you receive paper statements for your account, your account number would be located in the top right corner of your statement.
If you don't have either of these nearby, don't worry because we have more options for you. Another easy way to locate your account number is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, you will be brought to the Accounts tab, which lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view your account number.
If you don't bank online with TD Bank yet, we invite you to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can enroll you after account verification during your call.
Also, with regard to your routing number, please note that these are based on the State where you originally opened your account. For a list of our routing numbers by State, please check out: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. We can also provide you with your routing number if you call us at the number just mentioned above.
Otherwise, to obtain any of this information you are also welcome to visit any TD Bank Store location during our convenient lobby hours. Please find a Store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores. Kindly note that we're unable to provide your account number to you by phone, email or TD Helps, for the security of your confidential information.
In addition, Htoo, it sounds like you may need this information for a direct deposit. If so, you might like to use our Direct Deposit Authorization Form. It's available for download at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6 and can be presented to your employer or the Federal government to begin your direct deposit.
Hoping these options are helpful for you.
Let us know about any other questions, Htoo and enjoy your weekend.
