Welcome to TD Helps, Luis. We'd be happy to go over ways that you may check your account balance.
One of our most popular ways to check your balance is to give us a call. You may do so 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and speak to our Customer Service Representatives. TD also offers an automated service to check your balance, make transfers and more! You may reach the automated system anytime by dialing 800-937-2000. If this is your first time using the automated system, you will need to know your account number and it will prompt you to enter a pin. This pin, for first time users, is the last four numbers of your Social Security number. The automated system will then ask you to create a new unique pin.
You may also check your balance at any ATM location. When you check your balance through the ATM, all you need to do is insert your card to the machine of your choosing and enter your PIN. You would then need to select "Balance Inquiry." Keep in mind that using any TD ATM is free of charge but fees may be applied to your account for the use of non-TD Bank ATMs. For more information about fees that may be applied, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. You may also ask a Teller at any TD drive up window or in the lobby. Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find ATMs and TD Bank locations near you!
Another way to keep track of and check your account balances is via Online Banking. In order to use Online Banking, you must first be enrolled. You can do so for free at any time by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need to have your account number, ATM/VISA Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process. If you have any problems while enrolling or are missing any of the mentioned pieces of information, please call us directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or visit a TD Store near you. Our Digital Banking Specialists would be happy to help you enroll. After you are successfully logged in, your account balances will be displayed on the first page you see.
Once you've enrolled in Online Banking, you have the opportunity to use Mobile Banking. If you have a smartphone, you can download the Mobile Banking application by taking a look here: http://bit.ly/1wT5SbU. You can submit your phone number on the website and it will text the link to your phone so you can download the app. Your user name and password for Mobile Banking is the same as the one you created for Online Banking! If you have any problems while downloading or accessing the app, you can contact our Digital Banking Specialists mentioned above for assistance.
We hope this helps, Luis and have a lovely day.

Hey Omar, thanks for coming to TD Helps today! We'd be glad to give you a hand in obtaining your Checking Account balance.
We have a few options available for you to check your checking account balance. Your first option is to enroll for Online Banking by using the Self-Service feature. To start the enrollment process, you will need your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, email address and your Social Security number and click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, which will take you to the "Online Banking Sign Up" Page . Please select "Personal "from the drop down box and select "Submit". First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
After you've enrolled for Online Banking via www.tdbank.com, you may also check your balance by using TD Bank Mobile App. To download, please visit: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt to input your mobile phone for a text message of the mobile App link. Additionally, you can download this App by visiting the AppStore (for IPhone & IPod), Google Play or Amazon AppStore (for Android devices) or App World (For Blackberry).
If you do not have an ATM/Visa Debit card, or if you run into any problems, please reach out to our dedicated Digital Banking Specialists directly at 800-493-7562. They are available 24/7 and are willing to assist you with making the account visible immediately, after account authentication. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account.
You may also visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store location for further assistance. For a list of hours and locations, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another option to check your balance is to contact our automated system, also known as the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), by dialing 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000). You will need your account number, which can be found on your statements or also located at the bottom of your checks. Once you verify your account thru the IVR system, you will be able to retrieve account information or you could call at us 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a live Banking Specialist; who are available 24/7 for your convenience!
If you have a TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, you could stop by any ATM to check your balance. Please note, if you visit a non-TD Bank ATM, there may be fees applied, for more information, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Hope this information helps and have a great day!
