Good evening, Justin, and welcome!
We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble locating the interest rate for your account; however, please don't worry. We'll be more than happy to help!
Here at TD Bank, we believe in banking human, and in the event that you're unable to call or visit a TD Store location, you're always able to obtain information directly from your Personal Online Banking, including your interest rate!
First, you'll want to log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. It sounds as though you may already be enrolled, but just in case you're not, you can use this link: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to get started. To fully enroll, you'll need your account number, debit card number, your Social Security Number, and finally a valid email address.
Once you've logged in, you should be automatically directed to your accounts. From here, select your account by clicking on your account name, and then simply click the 'Details' tab, which can be found towards the center of your screen. The details tab will not only show you your current interest rate, but it will also show you other important details about your account, such as your full account number, your statement date, and even the interest you'd earned so far in your account for the current year.
In addition to viewing your interest rate online, you can always view this information on your statements as well. For your convenience, your interest rate can be found on the top, right hand side of your statements in the 'Account Summary' section.
As you already know, if you have any trouble, or if you'd prefer to speak with someone in person regarding your rate, you're always welcome to connect with one of our Banking Specialist. Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. If you'd prefer to visit a TD Bank Store location, you may review our Store locations and their hours by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope you found all this information helpful, Justin, and please let us know if we can answer any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Enjoy the remainder of your Thursday!
