If you have a personal unsecured Visa credit card with us here in the United States, please know that your account must be open for at least 6 billing statements before a credit increase will be considered. Please also know that paying off the balance on your credit card is not required at this time. To submit this request, you may call us 24/7 at 1-888-561-8861; you may also feel free to stop by your local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours to be assisted in person. To find the nearest TD Store location near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Please be sure to include the following details:
1. Annual Income
2. Length of time at current residence
3. Number of products held with TD Card Services
If you have a Secured personal Visa credit card with us, please know that depositing funds greater than your approval amount will not increase your credit limit and you may not have access to those funds once the Collateral Account is locked.
