If you are inquiring about our TD Debit cards, you will be asked to set up a PIN once you activate your Debit card. Activation depends on how you received your card.
If you received your new TD Debit card at your local TD Store, our Specialists would be able to help activate your card and help set up a PIN. If you received your card via mail, you will need to activate the card by calling our Activation line at 888-553-4122. Please have your card handy.
Once your card has been activated and a PIN has been created, you may use your card immediately at any TD ATMS.
However, if you are inquiring about an EBT card, we recommend connecting with the Institution of that card for additional details as they would be best to assist.
