In another area it says it was Pd last month yet it always shows overdue

From what you've explained, it sounds like you're referring to our Online Banking Bill Pay. Please understand if you've used our Bill Pay method to make your payments to this merchant then the billing status should be up-to-date. If you've used another form of payment to pay this merchant, then this could be the reason you are showing it as "overdue." If you'd like to have this reviewed further with you, we recommend contacting our Tech Support, available 24/7 at 800-493-7562 option 3.
