If you have recently opened a savings account and it is not yet displayed on your online account profile, please know that it will be displayed automatically after one full business day.
We understand if you need to view your account online. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to make your savings account visible. You are also able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank near you.
If you don't have the time to call us or pay us a visit, you are able to request that the account be added to your online profile by sending a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." In your messaging, be sure to include your savings account number.
