It sounds as though you already have a TD Bank Online account, Sara. If so and you're unable to view your credit card, feel free to contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562. One of our Tech Support Specialists would be glad to assist you; and please be sure to have your credit card number available when you call.
If you prefer, you may also send us a Secure Message via your Online Banking account, to make this request. To do so, please log in at https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your inquiry including your full credit card number and a friendly Representative will respond shortly.
Also, we'd like to share with you the option of viewing your credit card account online by enrolling your card directly at the TD Credit Card website at http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. You will need your card number and other personal information handy for the enrollment process. Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can view your account and schedule payments if you like. If you encounter any issues with enrollment, please feel free to call a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, who can help get you up and running.
