Thanks so much for your new account with us, welcome!
We're not sure from your message how long ago you opened your new account. If you just completed this today or over this past weekend, we'd be happy to set up your Online Banking account for you, since it is so new. You can reach us anytime at all that you like, since we're open 24/7, and you can call us on 888-751-9000. Even if you opened this a few days ago, if you'd like our assistance with this process feel free to give us a ring.
If it's been a few days or more since you opened the account, and you have your new account number, a Visa Debit or ATM card with us and a Social Security number, then you can complete your enrollment yourself. Please visit our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to get started. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. After those three steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
