account. It seems like my other TD account is not being recognized. I don't know how to enter the account number of my other account.

If the account you are referring to is not listed online together with your other account(s) and you are listed as an account holder on that account, please feel free to call our 24/7 Digital Specialists at 1-800-493-7562. Upon account verification, we should be able to assist you with adding this account online immediately or provide you with options regarding how to add this account to your existing online banking.
Additionally, you can also visit your local TD Bank store with your valid photo ID during the regular lobby hours.
