In reply to Tara, Lyndhurst
It's a pleasure to have you here on TD Helps, Tara.
As you stated your child is a minor, you would be able to open an account with him at any TD location. For a listing of our locations and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please keep in mind that you will need to bring a form of valid photo identification when opening the account (Driver's License, Passport, State ID). Also, depending on how you open and title the account with your child, he may need to provide a valid form of identification as well.
In regards to your inquiry about a debit card and making deposits/withdraws we ask that you contact the TD location you intend to visit to open the account ahead of time to confirm if this is possible.
Please note that an adult would need to be present for the account opening process to take place.
Let us know if you have any other questions and take care.
