Welcome to TD Helps, Yuneldy. We'd like to thank you for your interest in opening an account with us.
In order to open an individual TD Student checking account with us, you must be 18 years old. If you are a student under the age of 18, you may open a joint account with a guardian or custodian by visiting your local TD Bank Store.
If you're under the age of 18, your parent or guardian will be listed on the account, and will have to bring the same forms of ID listed above. Acceptable forms of identification for minors include a school ID (preferably with a picture), Passport, US Birth Certificate or Social Security card. Joint accounts may only be opened at a TD Bank location. Please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank location near you.
If you're over the age of 18, you can visit a Store location with a valid form of identification such as a State License, State ID or Passport and your Social Security number to open the account. You may also open this account over the phone with a Banking Specialist, 24/7, by dialing 888-751-9000. Lastly, you may click here: https://go.td.com/2G5Tt10 to get started with opening the account online.
To learn more about our Student checking account, please visit this link: http://bit.ly/S8Vejp. Please know that once your account is opened and funded, you may obtain a debit card!
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to write back on here, or give us a call at the number provided earlier.
We hope this helps, Yuneldy, and look forward to connecting with you!
