I"d like to know when the money gets transferred if I pay a bill today. It's due today.

It sounds as though you may be looking to take advantage of TD Bank's Bill Pay feature, and if this is the case, we'll be more than happy to help!
When using our Bill Pay feature, depending on our relationship with your payee, your payment will either be made electronically, or will be sent as a physical draft check. Should your payment be sent as a draft check, TD Bank will mail your check 2 business days prior to the due date you have selected. If your payment is going to be sent electronically, generally speaking, the payment will not be immediate, and will typically post on the following business day.
If you would prefer, you're more than welcome to discuss your specific payment with a Specialists from our Tech Support Team. For your convenience, Specialists are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 800-493-7562.
