Hey, Diane! Great having you and thanks for stopping by TD Helps with your question today. We hope you're doing well!
Since we notice that you're writing in from Cumberland, Diane, we understand that you might currently bank with our friends at TD Canada Trust. Since you've reached TD Bank here in the States, if this is the case we encourage you to take a look at the conversation our friend Cory had here with his Customer: http://bit.ly/1aqyFjN that may help! If this doesn’t apply to your situation, you are more than welcome to submit your own question here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr with details or reach a TD Canada Trust agent here: http://bit.ly/1woOVay.
Also, if you're a Canadian resident you'll be happy to learn that you're eligible to open a TD Bank U.S. deposit account of your choosing, that you can use to pay your U.S. bills. We invite you to view all of our account options so that you can find an account which best fits your needs. Our Checking Account options are listed here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, or use our Checking Account Selector at http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU. And our Savings products are listed here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT, or use our Savings Selector Tool at http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd.
Once you find an account that suits you and your banking needs, you're welcome to call our Cross Border Banking Team at 877-700-2913, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for assistance in opening the account by phone.
You also have the option to open your account online. Please click here: http://bit.ly/1ishIab to begin an application for an account with TD Bank in the U.S.
We'd also like to tell you a little more about being a Customer of both TD Bank U.S. and TD Canada Trust! If you decide to do so, you'll be able to take advantage of our convenient Cross Border Banking options. For more information, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1ienPN4.
As an example, when using this service you'll be able to transfer funds between your TD Bank U.S. and TD Canada Trust personal accounts free of charge. If you wish to, please feel free to speak with a Representative from our TD Cross Border Banking Support Line 24/7 at the number mentioned earlier, who can also answer any questions you have about these services.
Thanks again for choosing TD, Diane! We hope this gets you started and we look forward to talking with you more soon.

Welcome to the conversation, Susan.
Please know that TD Bank not only offers a variety of ways you can make payments to your account such as a credit card or loan but we also offer ways to pay merchants and businesses you have other accounts with.
Because of this, we ask that you reply with additional details about what type of payment you're trying to make. Once we receive your reply, we'll be sure to give all the details we can! Keep in mind that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Please do not include account information in your reply.
If you need to make a payment for your TD credit card, please reach out to us 24/7 at 888-561-8861. For TD loans, you can reach us 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
Talk to you soon, Susan. Have a good day.
