i've been paying $1000/month for several months but the principal is not reduced. What else do I need to do?

At your convenience, we ask that you contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they can enroll your account in Online Banking for you. This access will allow you to view your loan principal and payments due, or ask any questions about your loan via secure message. After signing in, you can visit the Customer Service tab and click on Send a Message for assistance with your inquiry.
