Happy Saturday, Jennifer, and welcome to TD Helps.
We're so sorry to hear that you may have made a purchase from a suspicious site. We understand your concerns, but please don't worry! We're here to help.
Here at TD Bank, we are unfortunately unable to place stop payments on transactions that have been initiated with a debit card; however, should this transaction post to your account, you're more than welcome to connect with us, and we'll be happy to file a dispute on your behalf.
As mentioned, in order to file a dispute with TD Bank, the transaction must first post to your account, and can no longer be reflecting as 'Pending.' Once this occurs, you may connect with us over the phone to file a dispute, or you may even visit a TD Store location.
To speak with a Banking Specialist over the phone, you may simply dial 1-888-751-9000. For your convenience, Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you'd prefer to speak with a Customer Service Representative at your nearest TD Store location, we ask that you visit during lobby hours. You're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store, as well as their hours and contact information.
Regardless of the method you choose, Jennifer, please know that we're here to help.
We hope this provides you with some peace of mind, and we look forward to hearing from you soon. Enjoy the start to your weekend.
