Hi, Rodrigo and welcome to TD Helps! We're glad to have you today and apologize for any difficulty you had with card registration and would be glad to offer some suggestions.
If you are referring to your TD Visa Credit Card account, please feel free to visit here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef to enroll for Online Banking. You'll need your 16 digits Credit Card account number, your name, date of birth, zip code, home phone number, your Card Security Code, and your mother's maiden name or Security Word you chose at the time of your application to complete the enrollment process.
If you're still unable to enroll, or if you're missing any of the required information, please feel free to call a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, who can help get you up and running!
Just in case you're trying to register a TD Visa Gift Card, we invite you to visit: http://bit.ly/1dmtzim. You may also register your Gift Card by dialing (888) 294-2249 to speak with a Specialist available 24 hours a day from Monday through Saturday. Please note; to register your gift card for the first time, the initial password is the three digit security code on the signature panel of the back of your card. Also, we encourage you to change your password after signing in for the first time. Also feel free to check out: here http://bit.ly/1cIdAj6 to read our frequently asked questions.
As always, you are more than welcome to stop by your local TD Bank store for any assistance in regards to both TD Visa Credit Card or TD Visa Gift Card. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks again for stopping by, Rodrigo and we hope this was helpful. Enjoy the rest of your day!
