Hi Mark, welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question. We are sorry to hear your information was stolen.
First and foremost, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us immediately to close your debit card for account security. You may call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and one of our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to assist with closing your debit card. After account verification, our Representatives would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days and will be sent in a plain white envelope for security purposes. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account and file a dispute for you if necessary.
If you're unable to wait for your new debit card in the mail, that's okay! You may visit us at any TD Bank Store, during lobby hours, and one of our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to print out a new card for and you'll be able to leave with a new TD Debit Card!
We hope this helps, Mark and have a nice day.
